KODA Interior Design is a boutique, full-service design studio based in Revelstoke, British Columbia. KODA works with clients across Canada and beyond on residential, commercial, and hospitality projects, from custom new builds and full-scale renovations to comprehensive furnishing and styling.
Working closely with architects, builders, and skilled trades, we guide each project from concept through completion, bringing together interior architecture, materials, finishes, lighting, furnishings, and the custom details that make a space uniquely its own. The studio
KODA Interior Design was founded by Kim Offord, a designer with more than two decades of experience across residential, commercial, and hospitality interiors. Her multifaceted approach to design has led to projects throughout Canada and beyond, working with clients who value thoughtful, highly considered spaces that are both refined and deeply functional.
Kim believes the most compelling interiors are those that feel authentic to the people and places they belong to. Her work is rooted in a balance of architecture, materiality, craftsmanship, and thoughtful detail, with a particular appreciation for natural materials, timeless design, and spaces that evolve beautifully over time. She approaches each project collaboratively, working closely with clients, architects, builders, and skilled trades to create interiors that are not only beautiful, but intentional, enduring, and memorable.
From custom new builds and full-scale renovations to hospitality and commercial environments, Kim brings a hands-on, organized, and deeply personal approach to every project. For her, good design isn't about following a particular style or trend; it's about creating a sense of place and designing spaces that people genuinely want to experience and live in.
